Excellent customer care

We have nothing but praise for the team of professional yet friendly staff at Tiger Property partners . My husband and I had lived in our own home for 30 years and needed to rent whilst our new home was ready. Obviously being new to renting was very daunting for us but we needn't have worried as from the first initial contact to moving in the team have always been on hand to help with any queries we have had, even out of hours and over the recent bank holiday weekend Julie was there for us. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Tiger Property Partners who always go out of their way to help.

Excellent care and friendly staff!

From the minute i signed up for a property with Tiger I have been overwhelmed with the amount of help and support i have been given from everyone in the lettings department. With it being my first rental i was so so nervous, but they talked to me about everything and made sure i was comfortable with everything before any money was handed over and any contracts were signed. would 100% recommend to both landlords and tenants! so much care provided and so so friendly!

Professional and Oustanding

Helpful and easy to deal with

I have deal with lettings agents in the Manchester area for 12 years now and Tiger Property Partners are way above the rest in relation to customer service and assistance. As a woman living alone it is a comfort to know you are dealing with the right people and a company who will provide assistance quickly with whatever you need. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to others.

Great Value, Friendly Staff

We are very happy with the service received throughout our tenancy. On our first request to view the property, Jess arranged the viewing at short notice. A similar arrangement was made when we came to view the property a second time. The price per calendar month we found to be very reasonable, and certainly excellent value for money. An initial negative at the property was a lack of an typed inventory, and the flat (particularly the kitchen) was not cleaned to a professional standard. There was cat food in a kitchen cupboard and evidence that a cat had inhabited the property previously, which we were not warned about. This caused some discomfort, as one of us has an allergy to cats. The flat required a deep clean when we came to the property. During the tenancy, we found Tiger to be very relaxed, which was both a positive and a negative. On the plus side, as tenants, we felt that any issues with the flat, provided they were flagged up early enough, would be noted and would not be held to our detriment. That being said, when there was an issue with mould in the main bedroom in the winter, we do not feel that Tiger were pro-active enough in helping to deal with it. Whilst a dehumidifier stemmed the flow, it did not solve the issue, which is ultimately detrimental to the property/landlord. And so, we were not penalised for any flat issues, I fear the flat itself has suffered for Tiger's relaxed attitude. At the end of the tenancy, the inspection was conducted thoroughly and helpfully. The deposit was returned within 10 days of moving out, which is excellent. Overall, Jess in particular has been very helpful and thorough throughout the tenancy. Thank you Jess. I would recommend Tiger Property Partners. We moved out not because of the flat, but because we had to relocate to Leeds. That being said, another winter with the onset of mould would have been problematic. We felt that Tiger had to be chased a number of times before the issue was attempted to be resolved.

Great agency, really professional and great value for money

Tiger have been a great agency to be with throughout our final year of university. They have been friendly and professional from the beginning and any maintenance issues were sorted out quickly and to a high standard. All the properties we looked at from them were decorated beautifully and we all felt so lucky to be in such a nice flat with such spacious rooms. It is also really helpful that their office is in Disbury - so a 15 minute journey from Fallowfield should you need to pop down there for anything. Would strongly recommend them as an agency.

House sale

Ryan and Jessica handled the sale of our house with complete dedication and commitment.. They did all the viewings and provided us with feedback straight away. It helped us adjust a few things and successfully sell our house. It was a pleasure dealing with Ryan and Jessica - both aacted in our best interests and were always ready to answer any questions and offer a solution to every issue.

The Best!

I have recently sold my parents property with the help of Tiger Property Partners. From instruction to completion I have been thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the service that was provided by the whole team. The day the property went on the market we had viewings booked in and we received several offers within the first few days which was just great and exactly what Ryan had predicted at the valuation. Ryan was excellent at negotiating the deal, he listened to both parties and worked hard for a great deal to be agreed. Throughout the transaction Ryan and Jess worked incredibly hard, we had an issue with a piece of land at the property and their knowledge and professionalism helped us to resolve this issue and keep the sale and our onward purchase proceeding. I found the whole team at Tiger to be friendly, confident, proactive, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely people, I knew the sale was in safe hands. We have now completed and my parents have their new home, I used to be an Estate Agent and I have to say the service provided by Ryan, Jess and the whole Tiger team has been the best I have ever experienced.
