Great company, trustworthy and efficient!
We use SHORTLAND HORNE for our rental properties. We have never been without a tenant, and they are a great managing agent. Wouldn't use anyone else!

Completely ignore me
Tried to book a viewing on a house, I phoned 3 times and emailed once. I was told each time that they would be in contact with me to confirm a viewing time. They never contacted me and the house is now being sold. Terrible customer service, I'll avoid them in the future.
