Excellent Agency
Emma Hatton have been the Letting Agents for my flat in Chorlton and I have nothing but praise for Simon and his staff. Always polite, always return calls and always found good tenants. Competitive rates too. . I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Really slow
I listed my flat for sale with Emma Hatton in May 2019, and we are only completing now in October 2020. I feel the estate agent could have been better at communicating with prospective buyers, getting more commitment from them (i.e setting deadlines), and information about them. Was told I had a cash buyer - I did not. I wouldn't use them again as the communication was often very abrupt and unfriendly in tone. I felt through out the process that the estate agent was not acting in my interest, which is a shame as it is me that was paying his fee.
