Straight talking, down to earth agent
My experience with David was great from start to finish. Great knowledge of the local market meant I got a brilliant price for my flat – significantly more than other agents had quoted me. Communications were swift and efficient. I have no hesitation in recommending him, and have done already to a few friends.

Great experience with Alex Neil
First time using Alex Neil and I was very pleased with the service from Daniel. I felt that he listened to my criteria and showed me five great flats which made it a hard choice. Once my offer was agreed I really liked the use of Docusign to complete paperwork helped keep the process quick. Me and my girlfriend are both very happy.

Great friendly service

Excellent!
Recently purchased my first ever property through Alex Neil, I had dealings with Gilbert and found him to be extremely professional and helpful. The support and professionalism was second to none!. I would highly recommend Alex Neil if you want a fast and efficient service. Having moved to London from Cardiff, I found his knowledge of london as a whole very useful, and he certainly placed us in a very nice area with great neighbours!

Couldn't have asked for a better service

Over the last 15 years I have had numerous dealings with David Hatch who has acted on the sale of 5 of my properties as well as managing my Buy to let portfolio. I always find David to be very knowledgeable with regard to the prices that I could achieve when i sell my properties and I'm confident he obtains the best possible price for me when I sell. He also handles the progression of the sale extremely well to ensure a quick and stress free completion. With regard to rentals, David manages my portfolio of properties in Docklands and South London, and he and his property management team provide an excellent service. Any routine property maintenance is completed without problem with excellent value for money. Much recommended to anyone buying / selling or renting in Dockland and South London.

Property Valuation & Development Proposals
David Hatch visited my property on 17th July to assist in ascertain its open market value and potential as a development opportunity. Prior to his visit he had researched the local market conditions, similar style properties currently for sale along with sold properties via the Land Registry in the past 12 months.. Three options were proposed with an explanation of all costs and projected time scales. A comprehensive written report was posted 11 days later for my perusal. I found David Hatch to be a very knowledgeable and well informed agent, willing to explore and explain all possible options.. His professional approach is to be commended.
