Accurate valuation and smooth process

We were very pleased with Gary and his team when selling our property. Gary lead us through transaction very well, from the initial valuation and marketing to the final closure of the transaction. Happy to recomend them to our neighbours in Battersea.

Recently bought my first home in London through Aspire. Although I was initially nervous about this purchase, the professional approach from the agents allowed me to be comfortable throughout the process. Gary is extremely knowledge of the battersea area, and this allowed me to be confident in any decisions made. The team are always approachable and fair with any questions asked. The after service has also been exceptional, with Gary answering all queries fully and promptly.

Aspire were committed to making our sale work

We had two main contacts at The Battersea branch; Gary and Mark. They were always available. The house was valued by Mark and then Gary brought in the potential buyers. Gary was wonderful especially once we were under offer and by coincidence this was when UK voted Brexit. He was always helpful and calm. We found the process quite stressful but he never found any query too much. From the day we had an offer, to the day we completed, we felt looked after and never on our own in the entire process and it was hard work, I honestly feel this was thanks to Gary.
