The service we received from the team was excellent. As well as doing their job in a very professional way they went above and beyond to offer advice and support when needed. Unlike other estate agents our agent took the time to really figure out what we were looking forward even before we knew it ourselves. They did not waste our time with pointless properties once our aim was clear. Our agent was Matt and he was excellent, friendly and reliable. Brilliant service throughout. Found us a buyer quickly and at the right price and took the time to really understand what we were looking for and know what our ideal home on the roads we wanted would be. When there was nothing available they went outside the box and got a property onto the market that fitted the bill. We literally would never have known about this place as it wasn't on the market. And the were patient, courteous and efficient all through the process too - even when emotions ran high! Outstanding work and we are truly grateful to all of the team for making our dream move happen.

Excellent Service

After trying to sell for 2 years - not we must make clear the fault of the agents but rather the fickle minds of certain buyers, we felt as if we knew everyone in the office. and over the 2 years everything was handled with professionalism and enthusiasm . Our sale finally was handled by Matthew who was a joy to deal with, from liaising with the buyers, our solicitor, buyers solicitor and down through the chain nothing was too much trouble for him. A great plus with Sinclair Hamilton was not having to show prospective buyers around, this was dealt with expertly by them.

Buying our first home

From the onset of our property search, we liaised with Matt at Sinclair Hammelton to view a number of property's eith our desired location. After missing out on a property slightly out of our budget I received a call from Matt to give me a heads up that they have just got a property coming onto the market which suits our criteria. We viewed it immediately and made an offer which was accepted. Throughout the process Matt constantly provided us with any requested information and updates on the process. We have recently completed on the property and couldn't be happier. The overall service was faultless and would highly recommend the agency to anyone looking to buy a property in the Bromley area.
