Our experience from day one with Whitegates has been very professional and helpful. I'd enquired at several estate agents regarding the costs etc in selling my house. Leslie took my call. From the start, I felt comfortable with how I was treated. Leslie is both professional and down to earth, so ensured that I wouldn't expect the unachievable... I was kept up to date with proceedings and any contact with potential buyers. I was really happy with the advertising of my property and their diligence regarding the safety of the keys and viewing with prospective buyers. For the majority of the sale, I was looked after by Leslie, but I found all of the agents I spoke to just as accommodating and friendly. The cherry on the cake is the fixed cost for their services, unlike the percentages used by the other estate agents. I am very happy to recommend Martin & Co as the first phone call to make for anyone wishing to sell or buy their homes.

I've been in contact with Rhea throughout the process, the house I liked had been taken by someone else but their application fell through and Rhea contacted me straight away and kept on top of my application to ensure I'd get the house (which I did). Pleased with the service offered and particularly with Rhea for her proactivity as without her assistance I wouldn't have got the house.

I would like to thank my current landlord Eoghan for my amazing experience at X1 Liverpool One. I stayed at X1 Liverpool One for 6 months and the experience from start to finish was great, Eoghan was always able to assist with anything I needed help with and was always a friendly face to see on site. I have rebooked my room and decided to stay for 48 weeks as I begin my university experience. My studio apartment is the ideal city centre location and close to everything I need and the studio itself is furnished to a very high standard. X1 has lots of accommodation to offer in Liverpool and Manchester so I will definitely be life-long tenants with them after I graduate.

Your Place have been the best estate agents we could have asked for over the past year. They have always been there when we needed help with anything regarding the house,they have helped us out when things have gone wrong and never tried to do us over unlike some estate agents in Liverpool... not naming any names (Address Properties) They have been great and all of the staff are really nice especially Kim she’s a star. I am currently a tenant at one of Belvoir’s properties and have found them to be great letting agents. Their website is easy to navigate and the team were really helpful when I came into the shop. Being my first rental, I was quite unsure of what to do however they guided me through the whole process of applying for the property. Very responsive to maintenance queries and always friendly and professional. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
