I have a rental property with Central Housing for well over a decade now and am going to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it's the most hassle free and peace of mind way to rent the property. There is a fantastic team in the background, managing the property and looking after the condition of the property, and they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which are generally more cost effective than going private. Whilst the rent received may be a little below market rates, once you have saved your monthly agents commission, the cost of having the property sitting empty at odd periods and all the other time and effort spent on preparing new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs etc. it's quite simply a no-brainer. Well done Romesh, Jo, Maria and all for providing a great hassle free rental service.

We are really pleased with our experience with Billy Thomas (Martyn Gerrard, Southgate branch). As first-time buyers (and coming from a different country) buying a house in London seemed very overwhelming. But Billy has made everything extremely easy! We made an offer for a flat at the end on January and not much more that a month later we have exchanged contracts with the seller. Throughout all the buying process he has been very professional, patient and responsive, and has made everything run smoothly. He also recommended us a very good solicitor (Paul Yiannakas, YVA solicitors) and mortgage advisor (Emily Jackson, Mortgage Advice Bureau). They have been a great, coordinated, and efficient team. Like most first time landlords, I was really worried when I rented out my flat for the first time a year ago.
