Just let our flat, with Kate Flynn and team doing an excellent job. They provided a realistic valuation, brought in quality potential tenants for viewings, and provided too-notch advice when another agent found potential tenants who proved to be unscrupulous. With so many other agents endlessly focused on the hard sell or highly inexperienced, it was really refreshing to work with JLL’s experienced, sensible team who seemed focused on taking care of clients. I cannot rate Marsh & Parsons in Tooting highly enough. Rather jaded after poor service and experiences with both an online agent and another local agent when trying to sell my property, it was reassuring and a relief to work with John-Paul and his team who delivered on all fronts. Their proactive approach working with other local branches of Marsh & Parsons generated frequent viewings with weekly updates and throughout the sale process they were efficient and professional as well as helpful and supportive, responding promptly to queries and working hard to keep all parties informed.. I only wish I had gone to them in the first place.

Having lived in my flat near Holborn for some sixteen years, I was keen to ensure that it was let to a tenant who was likely to look after it as well as paying rent promptly etc. HSC took time to ensure that they understood what we wanted and that the eventual tenant had the best possible references.
