My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

I have used Ellis&Co recently to find a place to rent in Bounds Green. They have been incredibly helpful, very friendly and professional. I rented a flat last year from the Stonehouse Estates and I was happy from what they did . I wanted a bigger flat and because of their excellent and professional service I wanted to rent again from the same agency. They found for me a nice flat which i am moving in now but as they were before nice they still were very nice, helpful and friendly. So this is an Estate Agency to trust because you will not be disappointed.

From the initial time I popped into the Finchley branch Kyri tried everything possible to find me a suitable house. Always attending at each viewing and taking me to houses that he knew would appeal. He was truthful and realistic and in the end worked hard to secure me a great house. If he works tirelessly like this for all his clients then he surely must be commended.

"I bought this house through Dario Esposito at MG. It was a probate sale and completion took place in November 2016. There were many hiccups along the way which could easily resulted in the purchase falling by the way side. I learnt how much hard work by the agent can be required for such a sale especially in quiet and more challenging house market conditions. My impression of estate agents had been coloured by the easy money to be made during the boom years. I have had now had to revise my views, and now understanthat in more challenging conditions the underlying qualities of an agent- such as training, market knowledge persistence, social skills, etc- counts for a lot, and will increasingly make the difference between closing a sale and not closing a sale. I nearly gave up on my purchase but because Dario remained confidence we could close the deal I persisted, we were able to work things out; we did indeed eventually close the deal. I spotted Dario working late on several occasions. I think it must have been after 6.30. Neighbouring agents in the High Road had clearly packed up and gone home."

People wondered why I hadnt used a local agent to the address... this is the reason, and I don’t do reviews normally...I am sure I would NEVER have received anywhere near this service I received from Outlet, from any local agent round here. Iain Hawkes, got me a tenant within two weeks of joining.. having travelled out to the property in catford from Soho. Darshan got the ball rolling with the tenancy agreement and inventory... never seen a more detailed inventory in my life. Theresa Parkes... sealed it by finding and advising all the utilities of the new tenancy. Outlet is a totally efficient agent who I will definitely use and recommend in the future for all my lettings. They listened to the kind of people I wanted in my property
