We took a long time to decide and It took a while to agree on a the price but both Sally and Sam were very patient and understanding. Thanks to a tip by Sam we were able to get a better deal on the property, and we are finally satisfied with the purchase. We would definitely recommend them.

First off, let me say Jonathan at Hackney is a 5-Star! This is the first time I am selling a property, and Jonathan has been very helpful right from the beginning. He has stablished a very good relationship with both my wife and myself from the very outset. When he went on holiday, we had an unpleasant experience with a dodgy buyer, but the rest of the staff, especially Rory, rallied and very quickly found another buyer. Once Jonathan came back from his holiday, he took charge and reassured us and drove our apprehensions away and has supported us throughout this process. We have now had an exchange and are awaiting completion. With Jonathan by our side, we are fully confidant of a smooth transaction. I have no hesitation in recommending Keatons to all my friends for a very friendly, professional and efficient service.

Alex and his team did an excellent job of finding good quality tenants in a somewhat slow rental market. They were regularly in touch with updates, and very efficient and organised once tenants had been found in executing the contract and the move in of the tenants. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and certainly in comparison with other agent experience in the area.
