We had some very specific requests for the property we were looking for ( 2 bed, dish washer, outside space, ...). Becky (Rebecca) made sure to listen and really picked out the properties that ticked all the boxes. She was extremely honest on the properties we enquired about and made sure we didn't lose time on the ones that just weren't appropriate for our situation (cat & dog). The flats she showed us were all little jewels, In the end we didn't go for a property Becky showed us, but that was because we decided to go for a totally different region than where we initially looked.

As part of my search for a flat I was in touch with Leanne and Andréa, who were incredibly helpful - from identifying a flat to rent, to the initial stages of the process and beyond. They were happy to answer any queries I had (which were numerous, at times!), and walk me through an otherwise unfamiliar process. I would recommend both of them without hesitation.

I took great care in selecting the agents for my first foray into the world of property rental. I visited many agents in the area before finding Daveys. Immediately, I could tell that Daveys would be my choice. Liam explained everything to me in simple terms and made the whole process very easy. Both Liam and Stuart worked hard to find me tenants and so far there have been no issues. Any maintenance points have been dealt with promptly and professionally. I feel safe in the knowledge that Liam or Stuart are always available at the end of the phone if I have any questions. Thoroughly recommend and can see myself with Daveys for a long time!.

Ian Barrett and his team performed at the highest standard. Despite an unsuccessful exchange, the team chased other buyers and got us a bidding war within weeks of losing the original bidder.
