I stopped in for some general advice and had a long chat with the extremely helpful and knowledgeable sales manager, Andy. We are still not quite sure how and where we will be investing but we will surely use Andy if we do transact in Fulham. I am totally impressed with the service received and would have every confidence in him. He took genuine interest in what we are looking for as well as our long term property goals. Top guy.

I just wanted to give you some feedback on Chris. He did property viewings with me last Thursday, where we did five viewings. We did another 13 viewings with four more agents over the next two days (we have an urgent need to move). Chris was by far and away the best agent we dealt with. He was thoroughly prepared, and knew the details of each property inside out. He was personable, and took real time to understand what I was looking for. When arranging a second viewing with him for one of the properties, he was quick, responsive and flexible. He was just a joy to work with! Unfortunately, the property that we have decided to go for happens to be with another agent - but if I could have chosen anyone to rent through, it would be Chris. I spoke to him today to explain, and again, he's been professional, helpful in keeping options open, and just generally lovely. In an industry where agents can have a bad name, I wish there were more like Chris. He was a superstar and I hope he gets the recognition for doing such a good job.

Such a FANTASTIC agency. Sashko in particular has been the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. He is the only agent I have ever met who has put the needs and well being of us above all else. He called us after all money had been exchanged and after we were moved in, just to check that everything was going well. He has gone above and beyond his job to make sure the stressful process of renting a property and moving was as smooth as possible. It is so refreshing to have dealt with Cannons and Sashko and I sincerely hope more people use them and other estate agents learn from them. From now on, we will only deal with Cannons estate agents.
