The Estate Agent you need!!
After an awful experience with an online only agent my friend recommended Newton Fallowell to me. What a difference! From the first conversation with Will to completion of our house sale last week we could not have had a better service. At every step of the way Lee and Matt kept in touch with us and answered every query promptly. We had some issues with our Solicitor and they stepped up again to help. The level of service they provided was the only thing keeping me sane at some points and the whole team are the ultimate knowledgeable professionals at what they do. Look no further for your Estate Agent!

Great Service

Fantastic estate agents
Newton and fallowell were absolutely amazing during the whole process of the sale of our house and the purchase of a new one. Lee and Matt deserve a special mention as they were fantastic. Cannot recommended them enough.

Honest and informative
Lee Hosey pointed out some of the issues with the property, being honest about nearby industrial units and the reason it had not sold quickly. He was also quick to respond when I had an issue

Amazing team!
Every step of the way Newton Fallowell were there to support me. When solicitors were being less than helpful Matt and Lee were on hand to help. When I needed something after moving in the team still helped to sort it for me. I couldn't have asked for more.

Good staff, poor company
The staff at newton fallowell do their best to provide a good service and are very helpful, however when you decide to stop using the company they try every way they can think of to claw extra money out of you, with me they even tried getting me to pay a charge they hadnt included in my contract

Don't waste your money
There is no wonder high street estate agents are suffering. What exactly do you get for your hard earned money?? Well .... 1. Advert placed on rightmove etc, with wrong description and notes about being approved by vendor left on. 2. Spelling mistakes in advert and description reported on over 4 different occasions. Was only correct when terminated contract. 3. Had to show buyers round on 2 of 3 occasions as staff were 'too busy' or hadn't looked at diary in time. 4. Communication non existent. Hadn't heard anything for last 2 months and although sale now complete, still nothing! 5. Had to arrange key exchange with buyer and keep buyer informed myself personally as nothing from solicitor (ringrose law) or estate agent. All in all a non existent 'service'. Shall never recommend in future and advise to use much lower priced internet based estate agents.
